Return and refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and for arranging the return by mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that a restocking fee of 20% of the product price will be deducted from the refund for returned items, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • custom products, such as special orders or personalised items
  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • gift cards
  • sale items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a return request.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. Please note that it may also take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
