Shipping area
We currently ship only to selected addresses within the Midlands, United Kingdom.

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within our delivery area. No shipping charge will be added at checkout for eligible addresses in the Midlands.

Shipping timeframe
Our standard shipping timeframe is 7–10 working days from the date your order is confirmed.

Working days mean Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Order processing
After you place your order, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. In some cases, additional time may be needed due to stock availability, order volume, or operational reasons.

Shipping delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier issues, weather conditions, or unexpected demand. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Restricted delivery area
We do not currently ship outside the Midlands. If an order is placed with a delivery address outside our delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Customer responsibility
Please make sure all delivery information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
